The Grief and Growth Experience
Grief Coaching
I remember searching for therapists, grief coaches, psychiatrists, doctors… honestly, who even knows what else after my husband passed away.
I’d schedule a connection call and then panic afterward, terrified I had signed myself up for something I wasn’t ready for.
I don’t want you to feel that way.
My passion is helping widows navigate this journey. That passion comes from knowing what it feels like to desperately need someone who understands. It also comes from finding my own coach during some of the hardest moments of my life.
These are one-on-one video conversations where we talk about where you are right now. Your challenges, your joys, the complicated emotions, and the things that can feel impossible to explain to people who haven’t lived it.
I’m not here to “fix” you (honestly, I hate that term). I can’t fix it, because I can’t bring them back. But I can be someone you trust to sit beside you in the middle of it all.
If this resonates with you, scroll down to learn more about what sessions look like, pricing, and frequently asked questions. If it feels like a good fit, go ahead and schedule a connection call.
You might be here because
You feel like nobody understands widowhood
You’re functioning on the outside but drowning internally
You’re exhausted from carrying everything alone
You don’t know who you are anymore
You miss having somebody in your corner
You want support without judgment or pressure
As a widow, we truly understand what it feels like to struggle with financial burdens. We also know what it’s like to desperately need somebody in your corner.
We want to be transparent with our pricing because we think one of the scariest parts of reaching out for support is not knowing what something will cost, or feeling embarrassed to admit you can’t afford it. We know those feelings firsthand. We also know the reality of simply not having the extra money sometimes.
We believe you deserve to know the pricing upfront before putting yourself in a vulnerable place.
In the chart, you’ll find the available coaching options and pricing plans, including reduced per-session pricing for multi-session packages.
We're still building this business, and we have to balance the reality of that, but our hearts have always been to help widows feel seen, supported, and less alone. If finances are a significant barrier for you right now, but you truly feel like you need support, please reach out directly and we can talk about it together.
We can’t promise free coaching, but we also never want someone to suffer in silence simply because life feels financially overwhelming. Sometimes just having an honest conversation with someone who understands can make a difference.
You feel emotionally exhausted
You want support from someone who understands widowhood firsthand
You don’t want toxic positivity or pressure
You are trying to figure out who you are after loss
You want honest conversations in a safe space
You do not have to have the right words.
You do not have to be “doing grief correctly.”
You do not even have to know what you need yet.
You just have to take the first step.
